Feedburner offers the best option for controlled distribution of your update information. Loading long lists of ping services in here can lead to confusion and duplication and possibly get your site blacklisted.

Update Services

Go to Settings>Writing>Update Services
Enter the address as shown.

Optimize Your Feedburner Feed with SmartFeed

Smartfeed optimise your Feedburner feed for multiple feed formats.
Open your account at Feedburner.com.
1. Click on the Optimize tab.
2. Then on the Smartfeed link in the sidebar.
3. Then Activate the Smartfeed service.
