Download and save to your hard drive.

Install From .zip Format

When you have a plugin saved on your hard disk then it can be installed without extracting from the zip file.

Edit Services Required

Add the Subscribe Me widget to the sidebar by clickin Add alongside the widget in the list of plugins.
This will place the widget in the sidebar ready for editing.
Click on Edit to open the plugin widget and check the boxes of the services you wish to show.
