Installing an Inline Widget

An Inline widget can be included anywhere within the content. The example shown here is of a Resource box added at the end of a blog post. An Inline widget is part of the entry and will go out as part of the RSS feed and will therefore be reproduced wherever your post is published.

An 'in-line' widget is a standard piece of content that can be included at any place within the larger content. The example is of a resource box published at the end of a post. It could equally have been used to place the widget anywhere within the content. Another widget commonly used Inline is the Contact Form widget.

Using an in-line widget to place it within the entry content will ensure that it goes out with the RSS feed c.f. a text widget included in the Entries panel to appear after every entry will appear on the blog but is not part of the entry content and will not be included in the RSS feed.

It's in the grey box!
You will not see the content of the widget while editing. However, the grey box indicates that it has been included.
After you save and publish the content of the widget will appear wherever you have placed it.
